I love staying at this hotel! Starting my day with a fantastic breakfast with many options, followed by my gym routine, was a dream. For lunch, the restaurant La Preferida was very convenient, safe, and had a fair price, but the best thing about everything was the pool area. It is a paradise; I think it helps a lot when there is so much stress and you want quiet time. Beautiful! The staff was very professional, approachable, and caring; they could accommodate some of my requests right away. Also, you can't get a better location; everything is close and an Uber ride away. I totally recommend it.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Guest service is exceptional, from the front desk staff to the room service staff to the housekeeping staff and the waiters and chef at the restaurant. The food at the restaurant is delicious and professionally and beautifully presented and very friendly and helpful waitstaff. I highly recommend the restaurant, room service and hotel. The front desk staff make every effort to welcome English Speaking guests with their English skills, which is very helpful. The hotel itself is like a vintage snapshot....like going back in time to a bygone era. It is a really neat vibe. Great value for money.

Everything was fabolous! A comfortable spa hotel. I asked hotel to arrange for us country trips - they kindly arranged for us contact with Asuncion City Tour, which was perfect, reliable, excellent service, our guide Mr. Shafler very knowledgable, communicative and intelligent. We were lucky to receive the best possible service in the hotel and during the trip. We recommend this hotel and this turist agency wholeheartedly to all travellers.

I had a very late arrival but the staff on duty was so warm and welcoming. The room was a very nice size and quite comfortable. It had more that I required. The hotel in centrally located and is close to a good size grocery store, pharmacy and several restaurants. The is also a restaurant where I had a lovely dinner with a nice glass of wine. Great way to end the evening!

The rooftop view was terrific and the pool area was great to hang out in. Convenient location to cultural and historical sites. Room was spacious and comfortable. Good on site restaurant with room service. Wifi very good. Breakfast excellent.
